Commissioned by Poenystar Kenya Limited, the factory development is being undertaken in collaboration with Space By Design Architects as associate consultants. Our role includes comprehensive civil and structural design review as well as construction supervision, ensuring the project meets the highest engineering standards while aligning with architectural and operational goals.
Currently ongoing, the project is poised to play a key role in boosting industrial capacity within Tatu City and contribute significantly to Kenya’s economic growth.
